The KV API uses a unique API key that is provisioned specifically for your organization to authenticate your API requests. KV surfaces an invalid request error when you do not include an API key and an authentication error when the key is invalid.
To be provisioned with an API key, follow the instructions below:
1. Send an email to engineering@kintsugihealth.com with the name of your organization, the email that needs access, and the intended use of Kintsugi Voice. Once approved, we will whitelist your email and send an activation token for your organization.
2. Wait for the activation token to arrive in your email from no-reply@kintsugihealth.com. If you do not see an email, please check your spam folder. The activation token should arrive within 1 business day unless we need additional clarification from you. The activation token helps Kintsugi confirm your email has been whitelisted and secure your account.
3. Once you receive your activation token, submit it below to generate your API key. Please note that we only generate one API key per email.
To invoke the KV API, integrate our tool from a backend service. Invoking the KV API from the backend helps ensure that your unique API Key remains secure. Integrating KV on the front end is not currently supported. You are now ready to Initiate a Session with KV.
