Kintsugi Voice Zoom Bot

Installation

To install Kintsugi Voice for Zoom, visit the Zoom App Marketplace and search for 'Kintsugi Voice'. Once found, select 'Add for Others' if you're a Zoom admin and installing for other users in your organization. If you're not an admin, or installing zoom just for your account, select 'Add for Myself'.  

Usage

1. Start your Zoom meeting/session as you normally do.  Kintsugi Bot will seamlessly join your meetings and analyze your patient’s voice.
2. Once the analysis is complete, the results will be sent ONLY to you, the clinician, via the Zoom chat interface.
3. If you or your patient doesn’t need Kintsugi for a meeting, simply type `/leave` in Zoom's chat interface any time during the meeting to remove the bot.

Uninstallation

1. Login to your Zoom account and navigate to Zoom marketplace.
2. Click “Manage” < “Installed Apps” or search for “Kintsugi Voice app.
3. Click “Kintsugi Voice app”.
4. Click “Uninstall”

Kintsugi Voice Zoom Contact Center

Installation

Go to the Zoom Marketplace and install the Kintsugi Voice App

Account Activation

Send email to engineering@kintsugihealth.com mentioning email addresses of your Zoom account.

Configuration

Once activated, Kintsugi will send all the details necessary to configure your Zoom Contact Center enabled with Kintsugi Voice.
