We’re excited to introduce Brian Clevesy, who recently joined Kintsugi as our Senior Marketing Manager. Brian is an accomplished marketing professional with a decade of experience across marketing disciplines, including demand generation, product marketing, content strategy, and more. His career has included a mix of working for large, public companies, to small, agile teams in seed funding stage, and everything in between.

Prior to Kintsugi, Brian led Tebra's marketing programs strategy with a goal of improving the patient-provider experience through digital solutions, helping to continually scale growth over his 4 years there. His tenure included a notable merger of Kareo and PatientPop, where he focused on messaging and strategic go-to-market alignment across all marketing channels and programs.

Brian’s ability to conceptualize and launch marketing programs, optimize campaigns, and enhance brand visibility, with a wide breadth of MarTech like Marketo, HubSpot, and Salesforce, have shaped him into a deep generalist within Marketing.

Brian views mental health as the cornerstone of overall well-being, meaningfully aligning with Kintsugi’s mission.

“Brian, an enthusiastic marketing rainmaker, has created a vibrancy around our customer success stories that draw the Innovative and Curious in, and creates an appetite for learning more about our mission and trajectory. We’re absolutely delighted to have Brian lead our marketing efforts and work hand-in-hand across teams to build our momentum in shaping access to mental healthcare for everyone in need!”

Grace Chang, Founder & CEO at Kintsugi

We’re so excited to have you here. Why did you decide to join Kintsugi?

I joined Kintsugi to contribute to a collective mission of transforming mental health care through innovative technology, and to be part of a team that values and actively promotes well-being. Working alongside an incredible team to address widespread mental health issues and enhancing access to care on a larger scale is deeply motivating. I'm so excited to have this unique opportunity to be at the forefront of mental health innovation!

You’ve been a part of the team for a few months now. How has it been so far and what has surprised you the most about Kintsugi?

What has surprised me about Kintsugi is the depth of commitment across the team to not just innovate, but to genuinely understand and address the nuanced needs of payers, health systems, digital health companies, and patients/members as well. There is such a tangible sense of mission-oriented drive that has been apparent in every conversation I've had with the team.

What do you hope to learn from your new teammates?

I'm excited to learn more about where our solution is headed, how we can continue to best serve our customers today, and how we plan to sustainably scale going forward. There are so many areas that I'm inherently curious about, and I'm fortunate to be working alongside incredibly smart individuals and teams enhancing our impact on mental health.
