We’re thrilled to introduce Dana Gusky, who recently joined Kinstugi as Director of Growth Strategy. Dana is a seasoned business leader with a strong foundation in healthcare and a proven track record in corporate development, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market execution across both early-stage startups and large organizations.
Prior to joining Kintsugi, Dana helped launch and scale a new pharma-focused business line at Aidoc, a leading clinical AI company, growing it from the ground up to a pipeline of over $20M. Before pivoting to startups, Dana was a consultant at Accenture, helping life science companies unlock value through strategy, technology, and operational improvements.
With experience spanning consulting, business development, and healthcare software, Dana thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution — from identifying market opportunities and building partnerships to driving cross-functional alignment. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame and the Darden School of Business, Dana brings both mission-driven focus and commercial rigor to every team she joins.
“Dana’s deep expertise in healthcare strategy, business development, and scaling innovative solutions makes her the perfect fit to lead Growth Strategy at Kintsugi. With a proven track record of launching and expanding new business lines, forging high-impact partnerships, and driving go-to-market execution, she brings the ideal blend of strategic vision and operational excellence. We’re excited to have Dana on board as we continue expanding access to mental health care through cutting-edge AI technology.”
Albert Ihochi, Head of Strategy and Business
We’re so excited to have you here. Why did you decide to join Kintsugi?
I believe that making mental health screening quick, accessible, and stigma-free is a crucial first step toward improving care and increasing treatment for those who need it most. Kintsugi’s technology is truly groundbreaking, and I was excited by the opportunity to help scale the business so more people can access these essential tools. The team is also a powerhouse of experience and vision — I’m thrilled to be working alongside such an inspiring group.
You’ve been a part of the team for a few months now. How has it been so far and what has surprised you the most about Kintsugi?
It’s been great - fast-paced with lots to do and lots of opportunities to explore. I think I’ve been most surprised by how varied and diverse the customer set is - from Japanese telecom companies to translation services to large behavioral health groups - Kintsugi offers a technology that fits many different use cases.
What do you hope to learn from your new teammates?
I’m excited to learn from my teammates who bring deep experience across different parts of the healthcare system, especially areas beyond the hospital setting, which has been my focus in past roles. I’m also really grateful to be learning about the FDA process from those who’ve navigated it before — it’s completely new to me and fascinating. And working with such a lean team has been a great opportunity to see how others work across different functions and roles.
Fun Fact?
I try to rent a bike whenever I travel to a new city — best way to see the sights and get a lay of the land.
