We’re so excited to have you here. Why did you decide to join Kintsugi?
Mental health and well-being are often overlooked in our fast-paced society, and I appreciate the opportunity to contribute to meaningful change in this space. Kintsugi's mission to make mental healthcare more accessible through Al and voice biomarkers is inspiring to me, and I'm excited to be part of a team driving innovation in this crucial area.
You’ve been a part of the team for a few months now. How has it been so far and what has surprised you the most about Kintsugi?
So far, l've been pleasantly surprised by the level of collaboration, transparency, and innovation within the team. I've also been impressed by how quickly things move. There's a strong culture of action and integrity, which makes it an exciting environment to be a part of.
What do you hope to learn from your new teammates?
I hope to learn from my teammates' diverse experiences and perspectives, especially in areas related to Al, and innovative approaches for making mental healthcare more accessible to all. I'm eager to deepen my understanding of how these technologies can be applied in real-world settings to generate clinical evidence, as well as navigating the regulatory landscape around using Al in healthcare.
Fun Fact?
I always thought I was a dog person until my husband got a Bengal kitten. Now, I have the best of both worlds because she's basically a dog in a cat's body! I even take her for walks on a leash every evening!
