The Role
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator/Recruiter to support our recruitment efforts as we expand our team of mission-driven professionals. In this role, you’ll manage and streamline the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. You’ll play an essential part in attracting and securing top talent by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and assisting with sourcing strategies.

The expected base salary for this position will range from $110K-$135K. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews, facilitating feedback loops, and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Act as a key point of contact for candidates, providing a positive experience that reflects Kintsugi’s values and mission.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job postings.
- Assist with sourcing and screening candidates to build a strong pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Contribute to refining recruiting processes and enhancing candidate experience as we scale.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of full cycle recruiting experience; healthtech or startup post Series A a plus
- Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting for GTM candidates.
- Proven track record of filling a high volume of candidates per quarter.
- Prior experience in a startup or healthtech environment (required for consideration).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt quickly within a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for Kintsugi’s mission to transform mental health access.
